Michael Gotcher founded Master’s Touch Custom Homes in August of 2003. Michael and his wife Beverly Gotcher moved to Austin to re-establish a family heritage of tradition dating back to the Spanish inquisition of the Alamo. Michael is a native Texan and a strong family leader. Michael and Beverly have raised two wonderful children now residing in Austin, Casey 37 and Kimberly 34. They have been married for 40 years.

Michael has been building homes in California, Idaho, and Texas for the past 20 years. Michael has proven his success in fine custom homes. Michael has implemented state of the art building techniques to set apart the quality of his homes from the competition. Some of the building techniques you will see would be Poly foam insulation, radiant barrier sheathing, post tension and rebar foundation systems and many more.

Master’s Touch has been expanding by bring Matthew Bailey on in 2004 as Vice President. Matthew has been building homes for 11 years. He has been a project manager for Mercedes Homes, and a Purchasing manager for Hubble Homes in Idaho. Matthew has been married for 13 years and has two daughters Caitlin and Alexa Gracie.

Combining our strengths and building careers of more than 50 years our passion is to build high quality unique custom homes. Attention to detail is critical, but we take greater pride in the friendships and long term relationships with our trusted trade contractors and clients.

We work with many well respected architectural designers and interior decorators. If you’re looking at building a custom home with us we would work side by side with you in selecting the right building site and plan tailored to your needs. We have built many different styles of homes including Colonial Plantation, Mediterranean, Tuscan and Old World, and Traditional Ranch Homes.

Michael and Matthew visit the job sites everyday along with our superintendents. We manage every step of the quality and detail in each home. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction from the time of contract signing, Construction and well after move in. We keep our customers goals and dreams first and foremost throughout the building process.

Masters Touch Custom Homes

Masters Touch Custom Homes has been invited to build in the Parade of Homes 2010 at Rough Hollows on Lake Travis. Their home sits on one of the best view lots in the Bluffs section at Rough Hollows. The views are expansive of Lake Travis and the lush tree scape of the Canyon. The MTCH home will be 4000 sq ft heated and cooled and will display many technologies such as spray foam insulation, Heat and Glow cyclone fireplaces, 4 star City of Austin Green and Energy functions, interior waterfalls that cascade down the staircase. The architecture style will be French Old World. They will have a formal but yet Old World Feel. There will be a copper range hood, a stone dome ceiling with a Oculous opening.
